Panther Track Order Tracker Features

  • Gives your customers access to their orders on your web site. Panther Track integrates into your web site. With one click from your site, they can log on using their e-mail addresses and a recent PO number, and see the current status of their orders.
  • Provides a direct link to your shippers' web sites. With one click from the display of a shipped order, your customers will see the current tracking information for their packages. If you sell to distributors, your customers can e-mail the tracking link to their customers.
  • Panther Track is secure. A customer's orders can be seen only by that customer or by your staff.
  • Order information is automatically updated from your Order Entry system with little or no extra data entry.
  • Requires little or no hardware investment. Your customers and your staff use a standard Internet browser to access Panther Track. You probably have all the hardware you need.
  • Sends confirmation e-mails when an order is received and when it is shipped. The e-mails are sent to your customer, from your customer service representative who is responsible for the order. All e-mails contain a web link that displays the current status of the order. Shipping confirmations contain a link that opens the shipper's web site to display the last known location of each package.

Features of the optional Art Module

  • Uploads art from your art department and sends an e-mail to your customer. The e-mail contains a web link to the art and asks your customer to accept or reject the art. When the art is accepted or rejected, an e-mail is sent to your art department with the customer's explanation of changes, if any.
  • Uploaded art serves as a record of the order. The art can be viewed at any time by your customer and your staff.
  • Your customers can e-mail the art to their customers. If you sell to distributors, your customers can use Panther Track to send the e-mail to the end users. The End User E-mails come from your customer and contain nothing that identifies you.
  • While the Art Module is currently used to share JPEG art files with customers, it can be used with almost any other document type. The Art Module "knows about" JPEG files, Adobe PDF files, and Word documents. We can add most any other document type.

Features of the optional Quote / Acknowledgment Module

  • Sends a Quote or Order Acknowledgment e-mail to your customer when the order is entered. The e-mail contains a web link that shows the customer the details of the order and asks the customer to accept the order.
  • An e-mail is set to your customer service representative when the order is accepted or canceled.
