The Panther Track Order Tracker integrates with your web site to provide your customers and your staff with up-to-the-minute status of their orders. It gets the order and customer information directly from your Order Entry software with little or no extra effort.

Panther Track sends e-mails to your customers when the order is received and when it is shipped. The shipping confirmation e-mails let your customers link to the shipper's web site to track their packages.

Your customers can check the status of their orders on you web site any time, 24 by 7.

Your customers and people in your company use a standard Internet browser, and nothing more, to use Panther Track. You probably already have all the hardware and software you need.

The optional Art Module lets you upload order-related artwork or other documents for your customer's review. Panther Track sends an e-mail to your customer when art is available. Your customer can acknowledge and accept the artwork on-line for fast order turn around.
